I. Introduction
TGM Corporation is the top company in life skills, which organizes life skills courses and publishes the bestselling books about life skills with the slogan “Help 1 million people to be happier and more successful”. The most achievement of TGM Corporation is “I am gifted” course. Just in a short time, this course became a youth trend and took attention of parents across Vietnam. The courses in TGM focused on two main fields: life skills (exploring and developing potential of each person) and soft skills (fast study skills, communication skills, management, sales, marketing, financial development and administration). TGM is the only company in Vietnam, which specializes in training people with a large fund, an international standard life skill-training center in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Besides that, the published materials of TGM have been bringing a value to students, parents, managers … Especially, the book “I am gifted, so are you!” has been sold 150,000 copies and 400,000 digital copies and has became an educational phenomenon in Vietnam in 2008-2010. This book has been analyzed as the best book in study skills and life skills in Vietnam until now. Moreover, other books which TGM published such as “All your children is genius”, “Master your mind”, “Design your destiny”, “Secrets of self-made millionaires”, … are also the bestselling books in Vietnam. * Vision: Help one million Vietnamese happier and more successful * Mission: Together make differences for people and the country of Vietnam by creating harmonious growth of the spirit and wisdom to new generations of Vietnamese. This mission statement is not adequate and clear because it lacks several of the nine components such as technology, self-concept, product and service. Thus, these components should be developed to accomplish the mission statement. For suggestion: * Helping one million Vietnamese happier and more successful in 10 years. * Creating harmonious growth of the spirit and wisdom to new generations of Vietnamese though training courses, soft skill book and social actives. * Providing friendly, active and professional environment which new generation of Vietnam can train and develop themselves.

II. External Environment
A. REMOTE ENVIRONMENT
