The Aim of this assignment is to develop a strategic planning for Airtel Business Solutions for developing their performance and capability, with the help of Pestle, Swot and Tows analysis. These studies will facilitate to improve the organisational structure and identify the drawbacks of organisation. These studies are take initiate to implementing a new strategic planning for the company.

Before that we can explain about strategy planning.....

It can be defined as:
“Strategic Planning is conceiving the overall vision to achieve an organisational goal and then devising a formal method to transform these goals into result”.

Strategic planning means the process of determining a company's long-term goals and then identifying the best approach for achieving those goals. Purposes of strategic planning are clarifying and facilitate the emergence of consensus on the organisation’s strategy. Converse this strategy to all levels of organisation and it’s too diverse stakeholders and consumers.
