Altering the Strategic Plan

If the strategy at Riordan does not go according to plan the company will conduct a re-evaluation to determine what the issue is. After evaluation should the organization feel the strategic plan needs to be altered because of inefficiency or goals and objectives are not being obtained then it must change them for the improvement and future of the company. The organization would assess the weaknesses, strengths, strategic competences, and factors critical to the organizations success in determining how to respond effectively to the changes in the relevant environments. Riordan needs to be flexible with the consistent changing environment and be prepared to respond to the changes internally or externally (Virtual Organization, 2011).

Influence Business Continuity

Riordan Manufacturing Incorporated leads the way in fabrication of plastic and has a major role in with the influence in the industry. Riordan Manufacturing Incorporated’s long time success comes down to the service they provide to their customers. The ISO 9000 standards, which Riordan Manufacturing Incorporated achieves, can help show a way the company will influence the industry (Net MBA Business Knowledge Center, 2010). Respect and a good business relationship with external and internal customers will keep Riordan Manufacturing Incorporated influence high in the industry. Riordan Manufacturing Incorporated keeps development of innovation in front of the competition and paves the road for future technology needed to lead any company, which may enter their industry. Supplying the customers with new and improved technology makes Riordan Manufacturing Incorporated’s research department the best in the business. This has been accomplished with new devolvements, which the customers have found useful. Riordan Manufacturing Incorporated supplies custom designs of products, which no one can produce, which influence’s the rest of the completion to do better. Riordan
