To analyze our target market we have selected SWOT & five force model as the analyzing tools.

SWOT analysis
Through SWOT analysis we get a better understanding about the organization’s external and internal environments. Internal environment describe about strengthens and weaknesses of the organization and external environment describe about the opportunities and threats. Strengths

Porter’s five forces
Porter's Five Forces is a framework for industry analysis and business strategy development formed by Michael E. Porter of Harvard Business School in 1979. It draws upon Industrial Organization (IO) economics to derive five forces that determine the competitive intensity and therefore attractiveness of a market. Threats of new entrants

In local market there is only dairy yogurt producers such as Anchor Newdale, Kothmale, Lucky, Ambewela etc. In future there is a risk from them, imitating our product and it has a potential to create a competition.

Bargaining power of customers
In this scenario bargaining power of customers is comparatively low because this is the only soy yogurt product in Sri Lanka. But the customers can bargain for lesser prices comparing with dairy yogurt.

Bargaining power of suppliers
As we import soya beans from India the suppliers will become a key factor. The reason is soy beans are the main ingredient. Suppliers can demand for higher prices for their soy beans. Threat of substitutes
