Organizations are looking at Human resources management as an asset to the company by providing a more competitive edge with so many changes in the health care field like globalization, technology, different demographics, and profitability is leading to a more demand for HMR. Human resources management focuses more on the long term versus the right now, so the goal is to increase the employee productivity. Human resources management provides certain strategies to improve the organizations performance and flexibility. HRM also looks at the organizations internal strengths and weaknesses, which has a direct effect on the company’s success in the future. Thus becoming a strategic partner because they are directing involved in the organizations strategy.
Human resources management is those who decide on the staffing needs, recruit, hire, and reward the staffers. They also display the positions available and interview the applicants, give the test if need for the position, and check the applicants references. Human resources management is in charge of the orientations, retention and termination whether it is by resignation, retirement, or just dismissal (Doodig.com, nd).
Human resources management responsibilities in relation to training and development is the Human resources use training and development to enhance the performance and ability of the employees throughout their career by showing the employee different skills or by adjusting the employees attitudes toward the ending task. If there was no training than the employees would not be the positive aspect of the organizing.
