Abstract

The aim following paper is to analyze the current market position of a budget airlines like easy jet also the future of it. It speaks about the history and the beginning of the company and its approach to it customers using internet as a medium to sell the tickets. It will speak about the different market analysis of the company and the latest trends, which they are following as a company, and to keep the customers loyal to easy jet.

Introduction
Easy jet airline is a private company based in London Luton airport, which operates highly in Europe and few parts of the north African region. It was started in 1995 by Greek businessman stelious haji- loanno. The company is know for its low cost travel buy giving the people what they wont, the company main focus is to have high profit margin buy giving the customers what they want, and most of the travelers only want to travel from one place to another. It started of as renting the planes and as soon as they made a profit enough to purchase their own planes, and in some time the company started to purchase their own plane. The company started their online booking in 1987 and it has been very cost effective since then. The headquarters is in London and operated completely on Internet booking for the tickets. The company operates around 21 destinations around Europe and 30 countries international. The company also was awarded operates as an airline traffic control which operates under the public private partnership. Since safety is at the heart of the aviation industry and company is constantly working on that to meet the safety regulation by the company.
