OPERATIONAL PLANNING After defining the strategic framework, in the Operational Plan it is time to plan concrete activities with concrete time frames. The following plan has three years validation. During the first year the activities has urgent priority, second year ­ medium priority and the third year the goals can be seen as constant priority. *Some of the actions are explained in details in the following text, the rest are either discussed in the previous assignment or self­explanatory from the table.

Action 1­ Finding a team What needs to be done? Even before the official registration and functioning of the NGO, most important goal is to find devoted employees (one part time accountant, one full­time Marketing Assistant and several volunteers/interns to help running the operations in the first three months. During this period it is important that the NGO attracts interns who are specialized in WEB 2.0 tool and video editing in order to work towards positioning on the organization. How it will be done? The action here is to announce the employee position in http://www.jobs.bg/, writing a concrete portfolio with requirements. For interns, the action is connect to university data of Internship positions in Bulgaria and Europe (to be done by the marketing assistant), therefore the three intern positions can be filled. Creating Internship positions for FAB is expected to be of high interest because such practices are still very rare in Bulgaria and without doing internships, students most often feel unsure and to a certain level unprepared for entering the career world after graduating.
