The product line include a variety of products such as high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them, along with fresh, rich-brewed coffees, Italian-style espresso beverages, cold blended beverages, a variety of complementary food items, a selection of premium teas, and beverage-related accessories and equipment. Starbucks also sells coffee and tea. Starbucks produces and sells a variety of ready-to-drink beverages. All channels outside the Company-operated retail stores are collectively known as specialty operations.

c. The customer acquisition Process, which is all the activities involved in defining target markets and prospecting for new customers.
d. The customer relationship management process that is all the activities involved in building deeper understating, relationships and offerings to individual customers.
e. The fulfillment of management process that is all the activities involved in receiving and approving orders shipping the goods on time and collecting payment.
3. Critically analyze the current business strategies adopted by the company over the years and identify the advantages and disadvantages of its implementation.
