A very unique fat that is found in most seafood are the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. There is also a study going on that suggests these acids may help in the prevention of common diseases. These include various colds and regularly out breaking sicknesses.
It has also been shown that there are over 30,000 types of fish in the world. With such a large varying quantities of a food source, it makes it one that is almost limitless.
