There are four concepts of the competitive forces models suppliers and customers,new market entrants and substitute product and services.When it comes to the matter of customers,Soundbuzz really reacts to current situation they encounter during the period.Due to the customers behavior,in the beginning they couldn’t make much profit during the launch of the B2C edition this is because most of the customers during that time occasionally look to download music freely instead of purchasing them and things have changed drastically when they introduce the B2B edition. So they aim other business as their customers. In terms of products and service, they serviced new encrypted MP3 format which makes them be able to sell music in their web sites.This encrypted format works by making the donloaders to purchase a valid key from soundbuzz and it let them to download the file they want to.This also makes them to be slightly different from others cause this organization treats music video contents which they never treated on-line before.As to be for efficient they provide billing service through the internet service providers so that it enables the customer to purchase their product easily with hassle free.
