Today everywhere the topic of discussion is fitness, good health and well being. It is heartening to know that today no one lives in a fool’s paradise believing that things just won’t go wrong with him/her. After all a human body too is a machine and can require repair and definitely some amount of maintenance. The field of Physical Therapy is designed for those who seek a career as dedicated humanitarians serving the people through their devoted and diligent endeavors. The field clearly focuses on the current trends in the domain of medicine through their concerted efforts in their research excellence, bringing about a much-needed healthy transformation in the lives of millions suffering from pain, disease and health disorders. Offering result oriented solutions in health and fitness related areas, the field is witnessing an unprecedented escalation, thanks to the advancement in the field of science and technology.

Believing that I have been gifted with traits pertinent to the subject my ability to be a good listener, to be patient and being willing to learn and being well informed have given me that extra edge. These amongst other characteristics are imperative to be good at Physical Therapy. As we tread cautiously and face the rapid changes and developments in the world around us, it has become imperative to become aware of the factors, which have a significant effect on individual and collective health of the society. My desire to ease suffering and provide succor to those in pain has been my motivating factor to take up this field. The in-depth and valuable knowledge it provides of the human body is indeed enthralling and has always intrigued me. At the same time the challenges involved in tackling the physical shortcomings of an individual and to make him functionally competent is a dream I wish to turn to reality. With all these things in mind, I have chosen MS in Physical Therapy and specialization in Musculoskeletal system....
