The study was conducted to determine the effects of Stress Alleviation Project to the senior high school students of Infant Jesus Colleges Cavite in terms of their stress and self-esteem levels. The study was conducted in Infant Jesus Colleges Cavite. A total of 20 senior students of the said institution were involved in the study. Two tests were administered to gather the necessary data. The researchers used Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Perceived Stress Scale in order to determine the levels of self-esteem and stress of the participants. The researchers used the pretest-posttest control group design under true experimental design to determine the effect of the intervention program to the assigned variable of the participants. Simple random sampling was used in this study to gather the participants. The data were gathered and statistically treated through: Frequency, which gives the rate of occurrence of a certain data. Mean, which is a measure of central tendency of a collection of numbers taken as the sum of the numbers divided by the size of the collection. Independent t-test showed if there is a statistically significant difference between the means in two unrelated groups. And last, dependent t-test was used to compare the means of two related groups to detect whether there are any statistically significant differences between these means. (initial levels and attainment level)

Results shows that there is no significant difference on the stress and self-esteem levels of senior high school students of Infant Jesus Colleges Cavite after being exposed to the intervention program Stress...
