Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Change is inevitable. It happens as time pass or as a consequence of one’s decision. We face several changes with or without noticing it. Some people consider change is unnecessary and stressful factor in their life, while others embrace it. However, before identifying my point of view on this, it is necessary to examine both sides carefully.

From one point of view, people who embrace changes think that changes make their life meaningful. Firstly, changes create new opportunities, which make us to leap forward. When we have family or become a parent, for instance, it’s the time we become mentally mature and feel more responsibility and obligation than ever. Also in many cases, we find that changes make us experienced and valuable.

On the other hand, the others who are not in favor of changing in their life feel satisfied in their circumstance. Most people believe that staying insecure and maintaining the current circumstance is the best way to live safer. Therefore, changes are considered as big challenges or stressful factors. For example, transition in position or status gives people worries as to whether they can manage new task.

After my careful consideration, both sides seem to have their own merits. However, I personally believe that I rather belong to the first group. Because I consider life is change between birth and death, which means change is integral part of our lives. Therefore it would be better to enjoy this dynamic process rather than avoiding or stressed with it.
