Section 1
For this interview I decided to analyze my head minister from my church. He recently got married and he as clear perception of what life should be like through his works of the church and how he lives with the name of Jesus and God in his life. This really interested me because I have always wondered what the life of a pastor/minister is like behind all the church related ideas. I want to know his experiences of family and life and how it affected his behavior on what a true family should be like.
• My pastor was born in Korea and he is thirty-six years old. He served in Korea’s military for 3 years and he quit the military to finish his schoolwork in education. He has been a pastor for five years at New History Providence. He has a high level of religious issues regarding the bible and church. And he has gone through struggles with his childhood which I will later explain in Section 2 but by far, my pastor was very interesting to interview and I hope throughout this essay it really states a intruiging point about how he feels about family, marriage, etc.
Section 2
Sociology is a part of everyday life. People experience Sociological changes when
they get married, get a new job, or get discriminated against, and many more. All of these things can alter a person’s perspective on a group of people or even the world. Since the beginning of this my pastor’s life, he has personally endured several sociological changes
in his life. He recently quit the military and is now trying to get his bachelor’s degree in education. He said he is meeting new and wonderful people and he no longer is dreading work. He also began to set plans for the new baby that is coming along with his wife. And when that child comes he believes that is the biggest responsibility.
But, perhaps the one instance sociological factor that has affected him the most
and the deepest was when his parents got a divorce. This is something that occurred over ten years ago but it still... [continues]
