Introduction
This project gives valid information about Juvenile Delinquency and how it affects all different types of age groups, individuals and a community on a whole. Juvenile Delinquency is a rising problem that affects the growth and development of the country.

Acknowledgement
I wouldn’t have been able to do this S.B.A properly without the proper help of my teacher Miss Ramsey, who guided throughout this exercise and most of the resident in Caswell Farm, Spanish Town who made time to answer the questionnaires. Also, many thanks to my parents that provided the funding to complete my assignment.

Statement of the problem

What are some of the causes and effects of juvenile delinquency in the Caswell Farm community?

Research Questions
1. What factors contribute to juvenile delinquency among youths in my community? 2. What effects does juvenile delinquency have on the community? 3. How can juvenile delinquency in my community be reduced?

Method of investigation
The researcher has decided to use printed questionnaires to collect data from the survey. A total of twenty (20) questionnaires will be handed to members of the sample from the community of Caswell Farm Spanish Town St. Catherine. This method was chosen because a lot of person could not find the time for a face to face interview, but with the questionnaire the questions could be answered at any given time. For instance, when their at home, lunch time, break time, etc.

Instrument used to collect data

Dear Villagers
This is a survey being conducted in the community of Caswell Farm, Spanish Town, St. Catherine. This will determine the impact on some of the victims of Juvenile Delinquency. This study is an assignment for a social development and to decrease the level of under privilege children course. Villagers are asked to answer the following questions truthfully and honestly. You are also reminded that this is not a test there are right or wrong answers. The questions can be answered by a single tick in the box beside the given options.
