1. Auto Recalls - A company facing auto recalls would be ford. Ford has recalled 212,911 Ford Explorer SUVs and Ford Police Interceptor utility vehicles from model years 2011 to 2013. This recall was due to safety issues, the door hinge was loose and could come detached if there is a side on collision.

Unsafe Imports - A company facing unsafe imports would be Health Canada. Health Canada failed to stop Apotex from importing unsafe and suspicious drugs from a troubled manufacturing plant in India. The unsafe import has gotten to the point where Health Canada even allowed drugs and pharmaceutical ingredients into the country that are banned from the United States.

Environment - Peabody energy is a company that is intensely destroying the environment. They are a large producer of coal/energy. The company sells more than 190 million tons of coal per year. Peabody has even gone as far to try and cheat coal workers out of their promised pensions.

Product Tampering - major case of product tampering would be the case is 1991 from Sudafed. This product tampering actually caused people to be rushed to the hospital and or die. Some of the bottles put up on the shelves were laced with Cyanide. Later on the culprit was later caught, after buying cyanide under a fake name a couple weeks before the incident.

2. A. Bank of Montreal. The Bank of Montreal has a stronger presence and relationship with First Nations, and multicultural communities. They are even on the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business’s Progressive Aboriginal Relations program, and are a Gold member. This means that they lead in the advancement and interest in First Nations employees, customers, and partners and suppliers. Women are well respected and BMO is even purchasing green electricity and building new buildings with green certification.
B. BMW. BMW is currently launching its Active Hybrid vehicles this year. And are developing a long-term source of automotive energy, and has a plan to reach zero
