According from Wikipedia, Instagram is define as an online photo-sharing, video-sharing and social networking service that enables its users to take pictures and videos, apply digital filters to them, and share them on a variety of social networking services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler and Flickr. A distinctive feature is that it confines photos to a square shape, similar to Kodak Instamatic and Polaroid images, in contrast to the 16:9 aspect ratio now typically used by mobile device cameras. Users are also able to record and share short videos lasting for up to 15 seconds. With the technology advance like Internet, many social media are apply in smartphone either with Android apps or in Apple apps. Many gigantic companies nowadays apply social media in business for marketing and advertising. Through media the business easily reach the customer easily. For example, like today, when customer interact with the companies and brand incessantly through mobile apps, and social media it show more effective than manual service. This is because, through social media the company can up dated their business through interesting picture and marketing. Customer can easily keep up with the company business easily and direct. Nowadays, people sometimes like to purchase their product from social media such Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other social media and delivered straight to their house because customer expect brands and business to be there for them everywhere and anywhere across mobile and social media.
