India has emerged as the World's largest Democracy irrespective of several contradictions existing in Indian society and surprisingly, rising as super power in third world nations. Economic Reforms which opened the doorway to world trade ultimately resulted in infrastructural and industrial development, urbanization, modern education and growth of Information Technology (IT). IT offered high salaried jobs especially to urban, educated & computer literate people who picked up the Indian economy to high growth rate of 9%; in consequence generate two inconsistent clusters in the society. On the one hand, there are some people belonging to sophisticated modern metropolitan upper & upper middle class are enjoying well endowed life. On the other hand there is large number of the Indian population who live in inaccessible tribal & rural areas depriving from the indispensable things.
