Sociological Group Matrix Schaefer (2011) defines a group as any number of people with similar norms, values, and expectations who interact with one another on a regular basis (p. 111). The group has a lot of my friends and family along with other people that are related to them in some kind of way. They are people that I went to school with also people that I have made friends with at a job that I work for and use to work for. There are also people that I play video games with online there too.
