HEALTH AND PERSONALITY
FIGURE- is the best proportion when:
 The largest part of the bust and the largest part of the hips measure the same;
 Your waistline should be ten inches smaller than hips and bust;
 A two-inch variance one way or the other still results in a nice figure;
 However, if you vary more than two inches, you will want to work toward some long-range changes.

PHYSICAL EXERCISE
 is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, as well as for the purpose of enjoyment.
POSTURE
 is the secret of regal walk. A perfect posture can make you more attractive.
 According to posture experts, the way most of us walk, stand, sit, and stoop is so incorrect that we are piling up future aches and pains and, in some cases, serious illnesses.
PERFECT ALIGNMENT- to get the feel of perfect alignment:
 Stand with your back against a wall, with your heel about two inches from the wall;
 Press your head and back flat against the wall;
 Your neck should be erect;
 The shoulder down to the waist portion of your body should touch the wall;
STANDING POSITION
 Stand with one foot slightly in front of the other, the back foot turned out at a slight angle.
 This pose shows your legs at their prettiest.
 Let one foot carry the body weight; always maintain perfect alignment at all times.
WALKING
 Walk with toes pointed straight ahead, chin level, shoulders back and down, stomach pulled in and hips tucked under;
 Keep your body erect and your torso as free from movement as possible. Neither your shoulders nor your hips should sway;
 Relax your arms and brush them lightly against your body;
 Swing your arms in perfect accomplishment to your stride;
 Step forward swinging your leg from your hip joint.
 Keep your knees loose but not bent;
