Attention Getter: Did you know you smoking is a preventable cause of disease and premature birth in USA. Each year an average of 500,000 people die from smoking cause medical issues. This is why you need to quit smoking asap. Today I will cover the effects of smoking on not just yourself but others. I will also tell you why you need to quit and how to quit smoking.

Smoking can cause some life threatening problems

Smoking does not just harm you, but it also causes harm to other people when you smoke II. Secondhand smoke.
