ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this study is to identify the main factors influencing the implementation of business for Media System Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Japan, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan.
Over the past decade, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have attracted considerable attention for their wide-ranging contributions to the economy. At the same time, the world has witnessed a significant change in the global business climate. The world wide trend of globalization creates new challenges to policy makers. What is the appropriate SME policy that promotes economic development the best? Will the usual practice of SME policy work in the knowledge base surroundings? What kind of policy transformation needed in the new environment? And, will SME sector develop to fulfill our expectations?
For accuracy of the research results, the researcher includes literature review.
The results of this study are leading to set up the main internal and external factors affecting the countries’ SME situation. The preliminary findings provide with the notion of some most important administrative, governmental and Socio-cultural factors being the most relevant when Japanese, Korean, Singaporeans and Taiwanese want to start business negotiations.
Conclusions as well as recommendations are to be given through the conduction of the research.
