Introductory Sentence
This report aims to mainly analyze the brand which is Tiger beer, flagship product of Asia Pacific Breweries, Singapore. Its current market position and review its ability to be a top most brand amongst all other brands. APB is facing lots of competitors globally i.e. Carlsberg or regionally i.e. Tsingtao. Tiger Beer is committed to use the world’s best resources to offer the highest quality products, delivering it with friendly and efficient services.

Asia Breweries Ltd brews beer and stout. The company offers a portfolio of 40 beer brands and brands variety including Tiger beer, Heineken, Anchor beer, ABC extra stout and baron’s strong brew in 60 markets all over the world. In addition, APB offers local beer brands, such as SP lager in Papua New Guinea, Gold Crown in Cambodia. The company along with its subsidiaries Joint Ventures and associate companies operates 37 breweries in 14 countries spread across the world headquarters in Singapore * Examines and identifies key information and issues about APB Ltd. Use its resources to increase the quality of their product
On the basis on Asian Pacific Breweries research, I find out that tiger beer have major market in Singapore and for Singapore region they have Over-Branding, Over-marketing and over selling, that is not needed. Precise doing that kind of expenses company can cut their costs by decreasing Over-Branding, Over-marketing and over selling. So my major recommendation for Tiger Beer would be that instead of doing these type of over expenses the company should use its resources to increase the quality of their product Reducing hangover percentage for consumer

Precise using alcohol percentage Tiger Beer is using heavy chemicals to increase a hangover percentage. So my recommendation is that company should not use these type of chemicals to increase a hangover percentage and they need to find out some suitable substitute for this problem....
