| His criteria for acceptance into the collection were amongst the most stringent of all the scholars therefore is known by the overwhelming majority of the Muslim to be one of the most authentic collections of the Sunnah of the Prophet pbuh.

| Sunan An-Nasai has a few weak Ahadith after the two Sahih collections therefore isn’t ranked that authentic.

| It is placed on the 5th position regarding it’s authenticity as it contains some Za’eef Hadith.

| Scholars approve it as the author himself declares some Hadith as weak hadith.
