Anxiety Disorders

In this essay I will explain why anxiety Disorders are an important matter in the us. There are many types of anxiety disorders like: panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and generalized anxiety disorder.

For most people, anxiety is a normal response to occasional stress. It’s our body’s way of pre paring us to respond to a challenge, but for the 27.6 million U.S. adults suffering from an anxiety disorder, extreme and uncontrollable levels of worry and tension are a way of life.

Anxiety is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at times, many people feel anxious or nervous, when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or making an important decision. Anxiety disorders, however are different they can cause such distress that it interferes with a person’s ability to lead a normal life.

Anxiety disorders are a serious mental illness for people with anxiety disorder, worry and rear are constant and over whining, and can crippling. Anxiety disorder psychological disorder characterized by frequent fearful thought about what might happen in the future.

We all know what anxiety feels like our hearts pounds before a big presentation or a tough exam. We get butterflies in our stomach during a blind date. We worry and fret over family problems over family problems or feel jittery at the prospect of asking the boss for a raise.

How to understand anxiety disorder it’s normal to worry and feel tense or scared when pressured or facing a stressful situation. Anxiety is the body’s natural response to danger, an automatic alarm that goes off when we feel threatened. Although it maybe unpleasant, anxiety isn’t really a bad thing, in fact anxiety can help us stay alert and focused, spur us to action and motivate us to solve problems, but when anxiety is constant or over whelming, when it interferes with your relationships and activities that’s...
