What is sexual harassment?

Sexual harassment means unwelcome attention of a sexual nature. And it is a form of illegal and a range of are social harassment. It includes a range of behavior from seemingly mild transgressions and annoyances to actual sexual-abuse or sexual assault. It is considered as a form of illegal discrimination in many countries, and is a form of abuse both sexual and psychological. This includes unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct. • Unwanted, improper or offensive.

• Refusal or acceptance of behavior influences decisions concerning an illegal.

• The behavior in question creates a working climate that is intimidating, hostile, or humiliating for the person.

Sexual Harassment as a Deviant Behavior:

Deviant behavior is a term commonly used in the sociology. Deviation means to go beyond social norms and values. If one violates social customs and manners and causes disorganized situation in the society is deviant behavior. P. B. Horton and C. L. Hund commented on their book ‘Sociology’ – the term social deviance is given to any failure to conform to the customary norms of
