Sex Education

1.0 Introduction
In the world more than 20 countries already have started to implemented sex education in           primary level. This is because teenage pregnancies rate increases and still got a lot of people do not actual know their sexual organs, sexual activities, whether they be normal or aberrant. As a result those country which had been implemented sex education in the school level are going to teach student the actual sexually knowledge.
      1.1 Definition of sex education.
Sex education is the development to forming an attitudes and beliefs about sex, sexual identity, relationships and closeness. Besides that, sex education developing young people's skills so that they make their own choices about their behavior, and feel confidence to do their decision. It is strongly accepted that teenager have a right to study sex education, because they are helped to protect themselves against abuse, exploitation, unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS.( Forrest et al. 2002) Comprehensive sex education is also a consciously planned, usually formal process for teaching about the biological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual aspects of human sexuality, and for developing the skills and attitudesnecessary for a positive   and healthy sexual life. (Ozalp et al. 2001)

1.1Statistics related to sex education.

Figure 1 present the support or opposition for abstinence only, abstinence plus and condom instruction. The above result shows that 82% of the people are support teacher teach students about both abstinence. Besides that, 68% of the people support teacher teaches students about condom instruction. The lowest for people support teacher teach abstinence only which shows 36% only.( Amy et al. p.1154)
