Introduction: Aim of the presentation/report

Today Hospitality is one of the biggest and most booming industries in the world & Singapore is the biggest hub both for the corporate world and for the tourists from around the world. Thus we plan to introduce the marketing plan to expand our operations in Singapore. The reason for expanding operations in Singapore is because the tourist industry is on the boom. The proof is the figure below as collected from http://www.business24-7.ae/companies-markets/travel-hospitality/world-beckons-middle-east-travellers-2010-05-12-1.243034 “Singapore has already registered a 26 per cent growth in tourist arrivals from the Middle East, with the highest number coming from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Iran in the first quarter of 2010. Singapore Tourism Business expects 11.5 to 12.5m global visitor arrivals in 2010. Last year, Singapore received 9.68 million visitors, of which 117,000 were from the Middle East, a 2.7 per cent growth over 2008.” There are a number of hotels coming up in Singapore and majorly the company has a tie up with factories in china and Hong Kong...
