As we know war is a situation that has many important factors all around it from life to death and even our very own freedom. We as a country have been in many wars but none of them have measured up to the war that we are fighting now. As everyone knows this war was started after the horrible attacks on our U.S. soil. September the eleventh has marked the history of a different lifestyle. Eight years later and this war are still going on while the U.S. is steady changing. War will never be extinct as long as there are different beliefs of life. War is something that is indeed serious and can be complicated as anything someone can ever imagine. When there is a war there is more than just the war involved. People are starting to think that this war is the reason why our country is the way it is now. With war come many other issues that affect us all. These are issues that we as a whole seem to not agree with.   As we see today a prime example of what war can consist of and what there is to come for the American people. Every war that the United States fought was clear and perhaps understood; today many Americans do not understand this new war.
Today President Obama has made a big decision that is going to greatly affect this war. The decision to send an additional thirty-thousand troops to Afghanistan is a broad decision to make. Some people support this and the majority of the Americans do not making the president’s decision unfavorable.   Yet the president also has a plan to bring all troops home in 2011.   Americans are eager to see if the president keeps his word. On the other hand the other issue is how and who is going to support the big surge which is expected to cost five billion more dollars a year. There are so many ways that congress has come up to fund the war but they are leaning for the best way and that is by using the people. As time goes by so does the war that we are still...
