Recruitment involves attracting candidates to fill the positions in the organization structure. Before recruitment begins the position’s requirements, which should relate directly to the task must be clearly identified. This makes it easier to recruit suitable candidate’s form the outside.

Sources of recruitment:

Sources of recruitments are commonly divided into-

1. Internal Sources: It refers to the present working force of a company. In the event of a vacancy someone already on the pay roll in upgraded, transferred, promoted o some time demoted

2. External Sources: it refers to employment agencies, schools, floating labour and persons recommended by present employers.

Company Profile:

ACI was established as the subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in the then East Pakistan in 1968. After independence the company has been incorporated in Bangladesh on the 24th of January 1973 as ICI Bangladesh Manufacturers Limited and also as Public Limited Company.
