1. Executive Summary|
ALLTECH intends to implement a fully integrated ERP system which will overcome the disadvantages of their existing system. The vision of the project is to implement an integrated ERP system that will support ALLTECH’s order processing, logistics, finances and in the delivery of company’s services and activities, take advantage of best practices, and significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ALLTECH’s administrative processes.| Link to Project Charter| Project Charter|

Alltech has considered implementing an ERP Solution which will serve the following business objectives: 1. Enhance quality of ALLTECH’s customer experiences of buying, owning and using a laptop convenient and trouble free. 2. Develop an international reputation for selling world class products at a low price compared to its competitors. 3. Implement business intelligence tools to support better decision making. 4. Continuously improve ALLTECH's business processes. 5. Lower IT costs and other operating expenses.|

3.1 Project Scope|

Production of monthly project status reports to document progress 5. Production of monthly report 6. Production of a final report 7. Production of project completion report 8. Project review (Continuous improvement)| * 3.2 Project Completion Criteria:| The Project should satisfy minimum basic requirements of an ERP Implementation:- 1. Reduce Costs 2. Improve efficiency of order processing and inventory positioning 3.
