this bullion buyer is now in Region V- Bicol... this said company told the people that they will give financial support to the Bicolano people or they will help them especially the married one.. they are asking from everyone to submit a copy of NSO birth certificate, marriage certificate, 2*2 pictures and they fill up a form using the BULLION BUYER LTD Form, is it true? i came from this region in this country- Philippines..just concern

my mother-in-law from mandaluyong also gave me a form under bullion buyer ltd. my information from her is that this said company will distribute 500,000 pesos to poor married women from the alleged marcos wealth.

August 3, 2012 at 10:32 PM here in General Santos City we also received that forms BULLION BUYER LTD heading. we also feel doubtful on that issue. we decided to visit in net if how true is this. and i think that this is another kind of scam?
