Shabina Begum, a Muslim girl sent to home by her school for wearing Jilbab. The British court declared that is violated student's rights. After more than two years on this serious issue, it begun in Britain then expanded to make a conflicts in Europe, especially France whom was banning anyways shows your relation to the religion. Furthermore, Shabina first went to the High Court, arguing and defends her right to religious freedom. Firstly the court rejected that argument but after that a three courts appeal judges for her case. She now attends to a school that doesn't ban her to wear Jilbab. She considers it as a great victory for Muslims who wish to preserve their identity and values beside the school tried to respect students views. The school reaction based on causes like the excessive fear of students' parents that depend on the religion influences. Moreover, they said it’s not good for health and safety risk. Also, may it cause a division between students who wore or not. In addition to Luton council of mosques Yasin Rehaman talked about the school dress code was very satisfactory. He also mentioned that people of Islam, like other religions in how you should dress modestly.
