able to develop. Parents inform us of their children's needs, likes/dislikes, we inform parents of the child's development. Effective communication effects all aspects of the nursery setting as you are constantly communicating with the children, their parents, colleagues and other professionals. I will be continually having two way conversations with the parents, obtaining information about their child as well as expressing and sharing information, All communication is important in order to provide accurate, concise and consistent care and support, with everyone working together to achieve the same outcome and goals. 1.3
