SUBJECT: AN EVALUATION OF THE LEVEL OF STUDENT SATISFACTION WITH THE SHERIDAN TRAFALGAR CAFETERIA

Here is the report you asked us to prepare regarding the level of student satisfaction with the Sheridan Trafalgar Tim Horton’s. The study includes both primary and secondary research. The primary research in this study focuses on a survey that was completed by 50 students currently attending Sheridan College Trafalgar. This was done to gauge the students perspectives on the services and products provided at the Tim Horton’s. Secondary research focuses on how other educational institutes deal with student satisfaction. Recommendations have been made from the surveys conducted. An understanding of what is important to the clientele can be developed from the survey responses. Sheridan College Tim Horton’s Trafalgar Campus is always putting the customers first, and always trying to improve levels of student satisfaction. With our collaboration we can work towards your goals of achieving the highest level of satisfaction for students and continue to improve the services offered at the Sheridan Trafalgar Tim Horton’s.
