Executive Summary
Introduction
This study was conducted on Customer satisfaction level of Bajaj bike user in Bardoli city have measure or clarify customer satisfaction level of Bajaj bike user in light of customer of Bardoli city.

Objective of the study
To know the satisfaction level of Bajaj bike user.
To know consumer perception toward the various service provider. To know about consumer behavior to purchase a new bike.
To know factor that consumer taken into consideration to get new bike. To know how loyal consumer with Bajaj.
To know which type of service customer require from Hindustan Bajaj. Research methodology

Here, Exploratory Research Design was used. For the research purpose Primary and Secondary data was collected. Primary Data was collected with the help of survey method. Structured and Non – Disguised Questionnaire was used to collect the Primary Data. Secondary data were collected from Internet, Books and Magazines. 100 sample sizes were selected with the help of Stratified Random Sampling Method.

Findings
* Most of respondent are used come from other company because of average of the Bajaj bike * The respondent are mostly use the Discover, Pulsar and Platina bike of bajaj * The respondent are give more important to Average, price and Quality and they do not give important to service of distributor and power. * They are satisfied from the quality, price and average of Bajaj bike. They are not satisfied from resale value and after sale service....
