In the housing market, the data was used to do a comparison on how the prices of the houses fluctuate between townships. The prices breakdown will include the amenities increase or decrease or have any effect in the average price of the houses in the township as you move away from the city.
The following is a data analysis breakdown (average)
1. Most expensive township is Township 5 at $231,600
2. The township with most large houses is Township 5 at 2,266.67 Sq ft
3. The houses more expensive close to town at Median of 11 miles.
4. The houses with the most amenities farther from the city.
In the housing market near a metropolitan city, we can conclude from the sample of 5 townships that the most expensive houses were closer to the city and were the biggest houses. The data also shows that the further way you get the more amenities you can get.
