1. Introduction

To be a successful leader of cooperation or organization, it is required various managerial abilities to set a new direction or vision for a group that they follow. The leaders are always at the edge of cooperation’s success or failure. Every single decision is powerful to move thousands of staff to follow his intentions; it decides whole organization’s rise and fall. They are like fathers of family, especially company in Eastern cultural countries, Samsung is the company where CEO board has incredible decision power which not only into managerial way. Some people predict it might be causing risks like conversational problems that which happened in old managing systems company, however beside of those conservative perceptions, Samsung has recorded amazing growth most of businesses that they got into. It is interesting point that there must be something special managing skills by director boards of Samsung, Lee Kun Hee (Samsung group CEO) has known for its leader who has specialized leadership.

1.1 Leadership

The definition of leadership is influence. This is the definition that John Maxwell gives. He also states that everything rises and falls on leadership. So, if these statements are true, then the job of a leader is to get things done through influencing others. Here other means all of staffs under leader of organization. So leader must always remind that having a responsibility is essential matter for them. For sure, other than having a responsibility, beside of ethical mind, good leader needs controlling skills, and managing abilities to lead and manage well the company.

1.2 Who is lee kun hee..?

Lee kun hee is born at January 9, 1942 of third son of Samsung Group founder Lee Byung-chul at Seoul, South Korea. He has a degree in economics from Waseda University and studied an MBA course at George Washington University in the United States. From his living experiences at USA and Japan other than native language Korean, he also speaks English, and Japanese. In 1987, he took office as CEO of Samsung group but He resigned on 2008 owing to Samsung Slush funds scandal, but returned on, 2010. As the guiding light of Samsung, Lee kun hee is the key person who has contributed enormously to the economic rise of South Korea. Samsung is the strongest economic symbol of today's Korea, as is demonstrated by its ranking number 20 in the Business Week survey of the 100 "top brands" worldwide. In an interview, Lee expressed pride in the fact that Samsung attracts the brightest minds in South Korea, but added that his new goal is to attract talent from all over the world to ensure that Samsung will remain one of the top companies in the world.
