ABSTRACT
This Technical report provides a framework about the different practical and efficient teaching strategies for children with special needs. Handling learners with exceptionalities is far more complex and it requires more effort. This led to some questions that must be answered: What type of classroom set-up is conducive to learners with special needs? What type of Behavior Modification Technique must be applied when inappropriate behaviors occur? Lastly, what kind of teaching strategy must be applied?

An interview and research was designed to answer the different questions above. The subject of the technical report provided the writers efficient and reliable information on how to be an effective teacher, especially when handling children with special needs. Moreover, the writers conducted further researches to provide more reliable information for this report.

As a result, the writers were able to provide different information on how to handle children with exceptionalities. The following set of information gathered can make teaching both more effective and more efficient, by helping a teacher to create conditions that support the student learning.
