Salt Cave at East Hampton: Reduce Ailments
New Salt Cave Opens in East Hampton

1888 Press Release - New Yorkers in Montauk have a new unique place to relax- all while reaping the benefits of salt therapy.

East Hampton, New York - Dr. Margaret Smiechowski is proud to announce the opening of Montauk Salt Cave. People in Montauk and the greater East Hampton area area now have the opportunity to visit this state of the art, high-end salt cave to help alleviate numerous ailments.

"I am so thrilled to have designed this beautiful cave with the Coppolas and to bring Halotherapy to the Hamptons," says Smiechowski. "Salt Caves are growing in popularity and Halotherapy is proven to be a dependable alternative for natural healing. I am honored to have assisted in designing it."

Montauk Salt Cave is owned by Peter and Shannon Coppola, a husband and wife team that decided to open this cave after learning about the benefits of Himalayan salt for their 4-year old son, Oliver.

"Our son has battled with breathing issues since he was born. He had his adenoids removed, and has always been medicated for asthma and allergies," Shannon Coppola says. "On December 15, 2014, we took him for a session of salt therapy in New Jersey. Since then, he has not coughed once and he is finally sleeping through the night."

After the Coppolas saw the dramatic and permanent benefits Halotherapy had on their sick son's quality of life, they contacted Dr. Smiechowski, North America's foremost expert on salt caves, to learn how to create their own salt cave. Dr. Smiechowski has extensive education and experience in both traditional and complementary medicine. She has worked tirelessly for over two decades to spread the concept of salt caves and Halotherapy in the U.S. Additionally, she has a successful track record of creating numerous, simulated salt caves, from Colorado to Vermont.

"Working with Margaret on this project has been one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. We are eternally grateful for her expertise and cannot

Inner Space Cavern, 20 miles north of Austin, was originally found by the Texas Highway Department in 1963. In order to determine that the ground could support the weight of a highway overpass, they drilled several test holes; repeatedly the drill bit broke through into open cavities. The first human to enter the cave was lowered on a drill bit through an enlarged test hole. Inner Space Cavern is a highly decorated cave with over 4 miles of passage. The man-made entrance is the only access into the cave passages; however, the remains of 5 sinkholes called bone sinks, rich in fossil remains, have been identified. The cave tour only covers about 1/8th of the existing passage in Inner Space Cavern.…

Native Americans once used the caves for shelter and storage, and their history is told in the park’s informative museum. Currently we are working with rescuers to locate the miners and determine their condition and the conditions of the area they are trapped in. Once we make contact with them we will drill several six-inch holes to supply them with supplies, such as food, water, fresh air, medical supplies, and communications to aid in sustaining their health conditions until we are able to bring them above ground.…

The main parts of a hypnosis screed are induction, deepener and the hipnotic suggestions. It depends of the therapists whether they personalise one or more parts of the screed or not. Both decision have their own benefit, while personalisation is suspecious at building a good relationship with a patient and may enchance the successe of the session, a non-personalised screed quicklier, more categorical and like this may save a lot of time for therapist and patient. The conselling and therapeutic approach must be suitable not only for the patient but the therapist as well, otherwise the whole screed going to be strained, unnatural and most likely unsuccessful. There are many different approaches and everyone of them have advantage, so anyone can find the therapist who match to their expectations. However if a therapist is ready to provide a flexible approximation and willing to develop the therapeutic approch to the patient instead of try to form the patient to their own therapy will attract more future patient.…
