At Rampura Agucha Mine, Bhilwara for giving his valuable time and providing all the necessary information about policy, practices and procedures of wage and salary administration of employees followed in the company. This report would not been completed without his kind co-operation and valuable time. I thank his guiding me in my project and appreciate his caring nature and wonderful personality. He was always there when I needed him.
