Engineering & Project Management Department was formed in 2003 under Shared Services business line. To develop and maintain an organizational structure, systems, procedures and best practices to: Support & Execute all major & site capital projects for SABIC and its affiliates.

Technical Services. Engineering Standards. Project Support. Networking and Training Support.
How do we provide Technical services?
Affiliate needs consulting services Issue service request by: email, letter, fax or SAP System Engineering Manager receives the request and scans it. Section head of the specialized discipline recieves the request and scans it
The engineer issues the report to the section head
Proceed with analysis & investigation
Issue the request to the discipline engineer
Input the request in E&PM Tracking system
SH sends the report to the Eng. Mgr.
Send the report to the client and make two copies for the Eng Library and engineer’s file

Delay on service delivery Customer’s request status updating [continues]
