Promoting new sources of growth via the application of pioneering technology in SDC, such as ICT, biotech and nanotechnology (e.g. creative talent development, bio informatics, Sabah Bio-Xchange Initiatives, incubator network and science-industry linkages) 12.

Halatuju - A master plan to bring development and progress to Sabah As the new Chief Minister of Sabah I undertook the responsibility as the Chief Executive of the state with the launching of a new all encompassing and holistic agenda to bring about development and progress for the state and its people. This agend is called the HALATUJU PEMBANGUNAN DAN KEMAJUAN NEGERI SABAH or ‘Halatuju’.
