Expansion to other country is a challenge, because the world is so big and diversified that any chief management has a bucket full of different opportunities to open a business somewhere else.

Each country in the world is different and is affected by many variables that can be an advantage for some companies but there are always some variables that can destroy instead. Therefore, the more data you have from each country the best.

In the first table, we have a list with 33 different options to open a fine restaurant; beef consumption, population, urbanization and GDP will affect each country. In my ranking I gave points depending the position by category; for example on beef consumption from the highest to the lowest I assigned from 33 to 1 points, then I weight each category: •Beef consumption will be multiply by 4

Population will be multiply by 1
Urbanization will be multiply by 3
GDP will be multiply by 2

The second table is almost the same but with two variables: human development and corruption. I choose these two because are very important and are essential when is about open a business in a different culture. So, once again, each category will have points from 1 to 33 and then multiply by my perception in weights: •Beef consumption will be multiply by 6

Urbanization will be multiply by 5
Corruption will be multiply by 4
Human Development will be multiply by 3
GDP will be multiply by 2
Population will be multiply by 1

At the end, the results were very accurate, according to my perception. When I added two more values the changes between countries was very different, as always United States is on the top. So, to make a decision when it comes about countries is best to have more data and information in order to make the right decision.
