Achaab Advertising

Achaab Advertising is going to be an agency which delivers Integrated Marketing Communication Solutions (IMCs) to a market hungry for such services and which is in short supply. Although there are a lot of agencies who give that service in the big cities (metros and tier 1 cities) of India the booming tier 2 cities do not have such agencies. So there is an opportunity to start an Integrated Marketing Communication Solutions providing agency in those cities.

As the big corporate conglomerates are concentrated in the big cities, the SMEs/SMBs are cropping up dozen-a-minute in the tier 2 cities across India. Our services will be targeted at them, who cannot afford the big agencies, but need Integrated Marketing Communications for their growth.

We are planning to start-up in the most opportune city of Pune where lots of SMB/SMEs are being established. But the agencies in the city do not have the expertise to deliver IMC services. The venture will be commenced in a business center and function there for 3 years with a growth from 0 to 60,000,000 Rupees at the end of the 3rd year. The plan is to expand from there to other tier 2 cities like Chandigarh, Vizag, Kochi, Baroda, Lucknow, Bhopal, and Ahmedabad.

India as a country is booming economically. Global companies are looking at India as emerging economy, and are investing in the liberalized economy. Automobile giants like BMW, Daimler, Hyundai, Ford, Caterpillar, software giants, telecom giants, electronics giants have invested in India and are reaping rich benefits. The big cities in India like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, have already grown to accommodate all the corporate offices and the talent pool is concentrated in these cities. Marketing and advertising is literally concentrated in the big cities in India.

But lately the tier 2 cities like Pune, Chandigarh, Kochi, have started booming. The entrepreneurs of India are moving on to cities like these to start up their own companies there. These are mostly Small or Medium Businesses or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMB/SMEs). But the service sector is not as developed as in the big cities. Especially advertising. There is a high need of a quality full service advertising agencies in these cities.

It is identified from the market research that over 20 to 25 companies in average are opening in every month in the city Pune. Whereby there are only limited number of ad agencies in Pune which satisfies the needs of all companies who needs communication. As most of the ad agencies are located in big cities like Bombay, Banglore, Delhi, etc., the companies in Pune are finding it difficult to deal with them, due to high cost and operational issues.

Therefore, Achaab has identified that Pune will be the right place to start an ad agency. There is excellent hope to flourish the agency because its owner Joseph Bavin Joseph has 14 years of expertise and knowledge on various aspects of advertising as he was working with multiple MNCs and Non MNCs. Therefore, it is expected to grow in no time in quantity and quality. 3. COMPANY SUMMARY
