Success is up to you and the effort and creativity you put into building your own business. Many people have their own different ideas to why they start up their own business. But for many people its because they found their career take a certain path, where self -employment is the next natural progression. In establishing your own business you can clearly define your goals, establish your needs, and avoid many down falls along the way. The pressure of knowing it really is down to you, whether you succeed or fail can weight heavy on yourself.

Business owners work longer hours and have lower income as well as their employees. The owner in the long run will reap the benefits. So basically, it’s work, but more challenging for the business owner and rewarding at the same time.
