    In my experiences with working in team group environments and working as a supervisor with a large company I have observed several different personality traits. I think the most common one among my observations is identifying type A and type B personality’s developed by Friedman and Rosenman. I have observed these personalities throughout my studies and my work environments because they have become easy for me to identify. Type A individual are identifies as ambitious, organized, highly status conscious, impatient, proactive, and obsessed with time management (Bryce 2008).
