Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta Georgia and his parents are Martin Luther King Sr. and Alberta Williams King and Martin Luther King Jr. legal name at birth was Michael King. Martin Luther King Jr. has one older sister named Willie Christine King and a younger brother named Alfred Daniel Williams King so Martin was the middle child. Martin Luther King Jr. went to Booker T. Washington High School he was a precocious child he skipped both the ninth and the twelfth grade and entered into Morehouse College, and in 1948 he graduated from Morehouse College with a bachelors of arts degree in sociology. The driver asked her to give up her seat but Rosa refused but she was arrested and booked for violating the Montgomery Code.
