Dear Mr. Dittmer,

My name is Jillian Gates and I’m the Administrative Assistant of the Human Resources Department at Broadworth General Hospital located at 1721 Rockwell Lane Sunshine Heights, IL 60136. I would like to set up a seminar with your company on June 24th 2013 at 9:00 a.m. This seminar will be held in the hospitals conference room located on the main floor. The room seats100 people, there is a large conference table also equipped with a television and DVD player. If anything is needed to be brought in assistance will be available, also a fifteen minute break will be available to everyone with refreshments provided from the hospital. The seminar being proposed to you and your company would be on Sexual Harassment. Attending this seminar will be the hospitals 20 Office Supervisors. I would like the seminar to pin point the importance and understanding of what sexual harassment is.

I would also like to share our sincere appreciation for your support for our company. Your company has been more than supportive and very reliable. You have a very wonderful and creative staff. At the seminar I have proposed to you I would like to go into a little further detail of what I would want. On the grounds of understanding and knowing the importance of sexual harassment, I would also like to go into a bit more detail on that. I would like them to know the boundaries, limits, consequences from the law, and from the company, and I would also like a bit of written literature if that is possible. If at all possible I was wondering if there would be any possibilities of there being any demonstrations. I would like to put in a request for a trainer that has great speaking abilities,
