My essay on
Romeo and Juliet is about their families similarities. There are three similarities between the Montagues and Capulets.They were both very powerful families. The second similarity is they both hated each other. The third is they both had a teenager who was in love with each other. I will go into detail about these similarities in this essay.
The first similarities between the Montagues and Capulets is they were both very powerful families. The Capulets have a lot money and a lot of power. The Prince is very close to the Capulets and does not really care for the Montagues. The Montagues like the Capulets have money and power. They have a huge family and a huge estate. They are basically in a battle for power. The second similarity between the Montagues and Capulets is they both hate each other.
They always get into fights with each other. They fight in the streets and cause riots and a lot of destruction. The Prince tries to stop there fighting and tells them

    In the great hall of the Capulets, all is a-bustle. The servants work feverishly to make sure all runs smoothly, and set aside some food to make sure they have some enjoyment of the feast as well. Dancing, music, laughter, and love, there’s nothing like a Capulet party, however, the party wasn’t all fun and games. Three young men were spotted sneaking into this party. At first, no one knew for sure exactly who these men were. I thought to myself, maybe they were Montague’s trying to crash this party and make it a disaster, causing more of a feud between the families. I interviewed Tybalt to get more information on these men. Tybalt response was, “This by his voice should be a Montague” which meant that they were in fact Montague’s, and that he was definitely not happy to see them. “I wanted them to leave” he said “they were never invited in the first place and had no right to be there”. This quickly stirred up as a conundrum in my head, and I wondered why the Montague’s weren’t kicked out. “I was furious when Capulet told me that the Montague’s were welcome to stay. He didn’t want any trouble but I wanted them gone!” stated Tybalt. It seemed as though he wanted to create more conflict between the Montague’s and the Capulet’s, however, Capulet would not allow him to create a big scene.…
